I came across something the other day that i found really intriguing. So much to the point that i found myself on amazon.com ordering two books so that i would understand how to develop an application with this new found tool. Though the tool itself is still in beta, there is some really good news coming from MIT and other resources where it seems that the appinventor is here to stay.
I have been interested in mobile app development from the beginning of my experience with the iphone. Since that time i have switched to the android HTC Desire, though i know there are better phones, i do like this phone. I have installed the android SDK, and emulator, though have not had any success in getting it to launch. Then when i came across the appinventor, and the fact that it is a wysiwig for app development has really inspired me to look closer at my ability to actually create a mobile app one day soon.
I have used plugins from codecanyon, where they claim your dynamic website can be converted to a web app, i have yet to have any success with that, though i have not given up either.
